The acoustic design and calibration process we use is based on the world class Home Acoustics Alliance methodology. Our standard approach is outlined below but we are happy to customize it to meet your needs.

Diagnose

Diagnosis is about understanding the acoustical issues of your system and developing an improvement plan to counter them. We offer onsite diagnosis for those located within the areas we cover and remote services for those further afield.

Improve

The improve phase is about implementing the changes necessary to your equipment, room or set up to remove acoustical issues identified by the acoustical diagnosis and improve sound quality. Most rooms have acoustic defects that must be corrected for high quality sound reproduction.

Optimize

System optimization is the process of setting up your equipment (particularly speakers), listening position and acoustic treatment in your room. We use acoustic measurements, critical listening and experience to get the best possible sound quality out of your system.
